1. Definitions
'Service' refers to the website, content, and tools provided by FeeClear. 'User', 'you', 'your' refers to any individual or entity using the Service. 'Content' means all information, data, and text available through the Service.

FeeClear provides analysis, commentary, and data regarding brokerage fees for informational and educational purposes only. The information provided is not financial advice, and you should not treat any opinion expressed by us as a specific inducement to make a particular investment or follow a particular strategy. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
3. User Obligations
You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Service to distribute any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise illegal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4. Subscription and Payments
Access to certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) and will automatically renew unless canceled. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

All Content and software on the Service is the property of FeeClear Analytics Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any Content without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

FeeClear shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
